After more than 15 years of my professional life dedicated to large global media groups such as Havas, Carat and WPP, I decided to leave the advertising sector to create Verding in 2008, an e-commerce of ecological and sustainable products, creating my own brand of sustainable underwear produced entirely in Spain: “Intim by Verding” which was sold in Spain, France and the Netherlands. In addition, I created a green marketing consultancy to help brands take the first step towards more conscious and sustainable marketing.
Unfortunately, Verding could not withstand the pressure of the global crisis at the end of the first decade of this millennium, nor was the world as aware as it is now, so in 2014 I returned to the "known territory" of advertising and founded in London an strategic media consultancy boutique from which we began to independently plan and buy international media campaigns but my aim was always to create an integrated ad agency who could deliver a 360º service with a truly sustainable soul. That’s how normmal was born, a B-Corp advertising agency that offers the highest quality of service including sustainability in all processes.

Currently normmal has more than 50 employees, offices in Barcelona, Madrid, London, Miami, Ciudad de México and El Salvador, and relays on the same values and principles of sustainability which brought me to fund Verding in 2008.
