We visit and interview fishermen, farmers, wine producers, artists and ask them to tell us about their connection to the area. The Belìce Valley is an enchanting land wounded by the earthquake of 1968. It hosts the largest archaeological site in Europe, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, a direct expression of classical Greece and the Doric style. Belice River Mouth Natural Reserve, a protected area extending from the coast to the hinterland, enlivened by dunes and Mediterranean vegetation.
